
MIS Support
We offer a professional MIS support service for SIMS, Hebron and CMIS providing advice, support and training to help ensure that pupil and staff data is managed and maintained in accordance with legislation. Our team will also provide guidance and assistance on producing statutory and non-statutory reports.

- Telephone service desk for fault resolution and service requests
- On-site visits for problem solving where they can’t be resolved remotely
- On-site drop in sessions: high schools – one day per term; primary/special schools – half day, twice per year
- Access to local SIMS/Hebron and CMIS training courses and workshops
- Information sheets to assist schools in important processes
- Consultancy for school administration systems
- Information and demonstration of new software
- Supply of upgrades to SIMS/Hebron and CMIS software
- Advice and guidance on backup routines
- Assistance with MIS disaster recovery
- Supply, installation and transfer of MIS software
